Les priorit\u00e9s s&#8217;ordonnent entre \u00ab actions sans regret \u00bb (faibles co\u00fbts, efficacit\u00e9s quel que soit le sc\u00e9nario climatique), \u00ab actions d&#8217;adaptation \u00bb modulables selon les risques, et projets lourds \u00e0 planifier sur le long terme. Cela permet de cibler d&#8217;abord les ouvrages critiques, puis d&#8217;\u00e9tendre progressivement la r\u00e9silience.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><h2 class=\"mb-2 mt-4 text-base font-[500] first:mt-0 dark:font-[475]\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Le num\u00e9rique et la data au c\u0153ur de la vigilance<\/strong><\/h2><p>\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"my-2 [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:inline-block [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:pb-2\" style=\"text-align: left;\">La collecte massive de donn\u00e9es via des capteurs, une intelligence artificielle et des outils m\u00e9t\u00e9o en temps r\u00e9el permet d&#8217;anticiper plus finement : d\u00e9tection de surchauffe des rails, suivi de la stabilit\u00e9 des sols, rep\u00e9rage des bras de feu. Ces technologies renforcent la surveillance cibl\u00e9e des zones sensibles et optimisent la mobilisation des \u00e9quipes d&#8217;intervention.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><h2 class=\"mb-2 mt-4 text-base font-[500] first:mt-0 dark:font-[475]\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Des mat\u00e9riaux et infrastructures repens\u00e9s<\/strong><\/h2><p>\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"my-2 [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:inline-block [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:pb-2\" style=\"text-align: left;\">Outre la surveillance, la r\u00e9novation privil\u00e9gie des mat\u00e9riaux r\u00e9sistants aux fluctuations thermiques, qui limitent les effets du retrait-gonflement argileux, ou qui s&#8217;adaptent aux contraintes nouvelles (\u00e9paisseur rehauss\u00e9e des c\u00e2bles de cat\u00e9naires, ouvrages d&#8217;art recalibr\u00e9s pour 2100).
