0em;\">\u00a0Constat :<\/span><\/p><p>Pour r\u00e9pondre aux besoins de mobilit\u00e9 tout en luttant contre le r\u00e9chauffement climatique, les pouvoirs publics souhaitent faire du chemin de fer la colonne vert\u00e9brale des transports du quotidien. Cette ambition se concr\u00e9tise d\u00e9j\u00e0, entre autres, par les projets :<br \/>\u00a0\u2022 \u00ab Train l\u00e9ger innovant \u00bb : plus adapt\u00e9 aux besoins de certaines petites lignes avec ses 60 places assises et disposant d\u2019une motorisation \u00e9lectrique et d\u2019un stockage d\u2019\u00e9nergie embarqu\u00e9 par batterie pour r\u00e9duire les \u00e9missions de CO2,<br \/>\u00a0\u2022 Draisy : petit train modulaire de 80 voyageurs dont 30 places assises destin\u00e9 aux lignes ou aux segments de lignes de moins de 100 kilom\u00e8tres \u00e0 faible trafic et qui offrira une souplesse d\u2019usage (arr\u00eats \u00ab \u00e0 la carte\u00bb),<br \/>\u00a0\u2022 Flexy : capable de rouler \u00e0 la fois sur rail et sur route, la navette (14 places) ultra l\u00e9g\u00e8re s\u2019adressera en priorit\u00e9 aux petites<br \/>lignes ferroviaires ferm\u00e9es, dont la longueur varie entre 10 et 30 km et qui offre un potentiel de trafic trop faible pour justifier une desserte purement ferroviaire.\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: bold; background-color: transparent; letter-spacing: 0px; text-align: var(--text-align); word-spacing: 0em; font-size: 2rem;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: bold; background-color: transparent; letter-spacing: 0px; text-align: var(--text-align); word-spacing: 0em; font-size: 2rem;\">Principe :<\/span><\/p><\/div><div><p>La capacit\u00e9 actuelle des TER est souvent\u00a0\u00absous utilis\u00e9e \u00bb, g\u00e9n\u00e9rant des surco\u00fbts d\u2019exploitation et de maintenance. Le principe est de d\u00e9velopper des solutions de train avec une exploitation et des capacit\u00e9s de transport pouvant s\u2019adapt\u00e9r au juste besoin de chacun des territoires. Plus l\u00e9ger qu\u2019un TER actuel, les trains l\u00e9gers solliciteront moins la voie, r\u00e9duiront les frais de maintenance, et seront plus \u00e9conomiques.
